Digital products

Navigating Global Business Culture is a digital product, delivered instantly as a PDF download after purchase.

Because the file is delivered immediately and in full, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued.

We know that's a firm position, so here is exactly why — and what we do instead.


Why we don't offer refunds

Once you have the PDF, you have the entire product. There is nothing to return. This is standard practice for downloadable digital goods.

So instead of a refund policy, we've tried to make the purchase decision as informed as possible before you buy:

  • The full table of contents is listed on the product page
  • The structure of every chapter is described in detail
  • A sample of the actual writing is shown
  • The sources behind the guide are named

If anything above is unclear before you buy, contact us and ask. We would much rather answer a question than take money from someone who didn't get what they expected.


When we WILL make it right

We will absolutely help you — and issue a refund where appropriate — in these cases:

The download didn't work. If the file won't download, is corrupted, or won't open, contact us. We'll send it to you directly. If we can't get you a working file, you get a full refund.

You were charged more than once. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, immediately.

You never received the file. If the delivery email didn't arrive and we can't resolve it, you get a full refund.

Something went wrong that was our fault. If we made a mistake, we fix it. Contact us and explain what happened.


Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you are purchasing from the European Union or the United Kingdom: you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. By completing your purchase and accessing the download, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive that right of withdrawal, as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations.

If you are purchasing from Israel: your rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 apply.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first. We will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback would, and without the fees.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being revoked.
